Account and profile management

I am an existing client and want to start a new tax year. Do I do this now in the portal?

Yes, you can start a new tax year from the dashboard and it will automatically take your most recent tax year’s data as a basis for the offer and the onboarding. Should your situation have changed, then we will adjust it on our side and you can see the updated offer and personal information in the portal.

How do I update my personal information in the portal?

You can update your personal information by contacting our support team via the chat tool or email, and they will make the necessary changes.

Can I view my previous tax returns in the portal?

Yes, all your previous tax returns are accessible in the portal under the “Tax Returns” section.

How do I reset my email if I no longer have access to it?

If you need to reset your email, contact our support team with your new email address and they will update your account information after verifying you.

Why is there no password to log in?

We use magic links for your login, to make it easier for you. When entering your email, our system checks whether you are in fact an active client from our database. If that’s the case, a one-time link is sent to the email which allows you access. This process is also known as single-sign-on and is considered secure and spoofing-proof.

Portal functionality and usage

What is the purpose of this portal?

The portal allows you to not only have an overview and keep track of all your tax years in Switzerland with their liabilities, but also gives you one platform where from offer, to file upload and accessing your tax returns, among other things, administer everything at one place.

Does the portal work for each canton?

Yes, we display your tax years regardless of your residency canton. As we built the portal ourselves and feed the data as well, it works independently of any technical limitations from the cantons’ tax processes and software.

Where is the data coming from?

The portal does not hold any client data directly but shows you selected elements from our CRM, where we administer your cases.

Can I track the status of my tax return in the portal?

Yes, the status of your tax return is displayed in real-time on your dashboard, allowing you to track its progress.

Technical support and access

Why is there no password to log in?

What should I do if I have trouble logging in?

If you have trouble logging in, make sure you are using the email registered with our service. If the issue persists, contact our support team via chat or email for assistance.

Is the portal accessible on mobile devices?

Yes, the portal is fully optimized for mobile devices, allowing you to access your tax information on the go.

Privacy and security

How is my data protected in the portal?

We implement advanced security measures, including single-source-data-hosting and secure login protocols, to ensure your data is protected.

Can I delete my account and data from the portal?

The portal is only a window to selected areas of your profile in our CRM. So it does not hold any client data by itself. However, we can deactivate access to the portal for you and will do so automatically if, for example, you decide to no longer use the service. As for files in our system, we are legally obligated to keep them for 10 years.

Who has access to my data?

Only authorized personnel within our organization have access to your data, and it is used solely for managing your tax cases. We have a variety of security layers in place to restrict access and make sure you files and other data are safe.

Support and assistance

How do I reach out if I am seeing something that doesn’t line up with my case?

If you see something that needs changing, like your address for example, simply reach out via our chat tool or via email.

How do I upload documents to the portal?

You can upload documents directly through the dashboard by clicking on the “Upload Files” button and following the prompts.
